“MR4” METAL EXTRACTOR
to produce Gold from bombing & stripping liquids

  


Bombing and stripping solutions from the process of removing “fire” and electro polishing Gold and Silver have traditionally produced poor returns as any company who can extract the metal from these toxic liquids can charge what they like as they know most jewellers do not know what value is in the liquid.

By producing a metal bar from your chemical waste you know exactly what value the solution produces. The MR4 produces actual metal, deposited onto an ashless base that can be melted and then refined to 99.99% Gold.

The process is largely automatic, waste solution is drawn up by the integral pump and forced through a high efficiency electrolytic cell that removes the metals and destroys most of the Cyanides. The solution returns to the storage containers to be recirculated continuously until all metal is removed. The cathode is removed, washed and melted.
Metal loss from bombing and stripping solutions eliminated. The MR4 will convert solutions into metal ready for melting.
