Our range of economic fume enclosures have many
applications in the control of toxic or obnoxious materials. Fabricated
in Polypropylene they are resistant to almost every chemical encountered.
Polypropylene is unique in its chemical resistance and has the
ability to withstand temperatures up to 120ºC. Impact resistance
is very high and the material can be regarded as unbreakable.
All our enclosures are manufactured in-house to high standards
and are comprehensively tested.

Chemicals in common use
Solvents
- contains Xylene/ Acetone/ Trichlorethylene and many other
solvents, classified as IRRITANTS and regarded as dangerous
to health from regular exposure. Some solvents are classified
as carcinogenic.
Mineral
Acids - Sulphuric, Nitric, Hydrochloric and Hydrofluoric,
classified as CORROSIVE, and dangerous to breathe fumes, causes
anaemia.
Alkalis
- Ammonia liquor, Sodium Hydroxide used in many cleaning processes
and classified as CORROSIVE, causes inflammation and damage
to the respiratory system.
Posions
- Cyanides, classified as VERY TOXIC and will cause death.
